We have built a platform that connects banks, insurers, and other financial service providers to customers. We currently operate in 3 countries – Finland, Denmark, and Poland – and even more are on the way!

What kind of a business will you be leading?

We launched in Denmark last year and have grown rapidly since then: We already work with more than 10 banks & other financial service providers and help thousands of users on a monthly basis in the Danish market. So you will not have to start from zero, but you get to take over and continue growing a business that is just waiting for the right person to scale it to the next level! 🚀

Main responsibilities of a Country Manager:

  • Sales: Acquiring new partner banks & other financial service providers to our platform
  • Building the business in Denmark towards targets & KPIs
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with our existing bank partners
  • User acquisition, performance-based marketing activities and conversion optimization
  • Negotiating marketing deals and other types of partnerships (e.g. with media companies and data providers)
  • Leading projects and building “team Denmark” at LVS Brokers

What kind of a person are we looking for?

Helping banks to harness new customer acquisition channels and making the business succeed is what motivates you the most. We want you to have a lot of new ideas and drive to make things happen.

Key qualifications:

  • Strong sales mindset and entrepreneurial can-do attitude 💪
  • Ability to build strong relationships and wide networks
  • Experience in business development and sales. Understanding customer acquisition, performance marketing, and growth hacking are considered a plus.
  • Previous working experience in the finance or fintech industry is considered a plus, as well as a basic understanding of technology and the mindset of growth companies.
  • Native Danish speaker
  • Relevant education
